Cancellation Policy

To make changes to your appointment, including cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that all cancellations will result in a £25.00 administrative fee. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a charge of £95.00 will apply.
